Hi, I’m Lucy
I’m a down-to-earth BACP integrative counsellor for adults. I work online across the UK and offer in-person sessions in Buckhurst Hill, London. I’ve worked in both NHS services and private practice.
I’ll be relocating to Teesside in Summer 2026, where I’ll continue to offer online sessions and begin working in person locally.
My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity and care. Sessions are shaped around you, with space for honesty and gentle reflection when something feels important.
I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism. Many people I see feel they’ve spent a lot of time masking, overthinking or trying to keep up and feel a bit different or out of place.
I have experience supporting people with anxiety, stress, self-worth, relationship patterns, life transitions, grief and depression.
